Art provides a safe method for accessing and containing painful feeling through the process of sublimation and projection, and by remaining within the relative safety of the metaphor, symbol or image. Art therapy is a form of symbolic communication for painful feelings (such as shame) that are difficult to explain in words.
Sound Healing therapy is the educated and conscious use of the energy of sound to reach identified goals and promote wellness in the human system – including the expansion of consciousness.

R2R’s professional staff of professional musicians, are clean and sober, and guide the process helping clients to learn instruments, and express themselves in a safe, fun, environment. Effects can be felt as the unique experience of playing music helps repair neural pathway’s and promotes healthy, happy, brain chemistry.
