Our IOP is designed for individuals who are ready to return to work, school, or other responsibilities. It has been designed for people who have built a support system and who can manage their own medications. Treatment generally lasts three hours per day for 3-5 days a week

If you have already completed a Residential Program, our Outpatient Program may be right for you. An intensive outpatient program (IOP) is recommended for someone that has been treated through a residential program and wants to continue their progress.
If you are motivated to get sober and are capable of living at home or in a sober living facility your best option is one of our San Juan Capistrano outpatient rehab programs. These programs are helpful for emotionally or chemically dependent individuals who need intensive, ongoing treatment but not 24-hour inpatient care
This program is suitable for individuals who are transitioning out of our Residential Treatment Program. Patients often need continued structure and support while living at home in a stable, healthy and safe environment. Treatment generally lasts six hours per day for 5 days a week.
Tres Vistas offers a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Both programs can be used as a gradual step down in care for clients who have completed a primary treatment program such as our Residential Treatment Program. A thirty-day stint in an inpatient treatment facility is often not enough to completely change a person’s life and ensure they live a life of continuing recovery. A careful decline in the intensity of care that a patient receives helps them to reintegrate into the personal and professional lives while still receiving the medical and psychological support necessary to deal with daily life
Both the Partial Hospital Program and the Intensive Outpatient Program have been created to heal the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of the individual. By utilizing holistic and evidence-based practices in conjunction with family involvement we are able to help people make positive changes in their lives.
Whether you work, go to school or are busy raising a family, our treatment center offers individual and group counseling that will allow you to get the treatment you need without interrupting your life. While in these programs, you will be asked to participate in the following activities, which are all led by Certified or Licensed Professionals.
